Rachel has been involved in some of her own year-end activities at the high school, Carroll College that she attends. There was an art exhibit that included a number of the things she has created throughout the last semester, and the annual Awards Ceremony was on Monday: happy to say that she received three acheivement awards for highest mark in a given subject. She has also been a member of the newly formed (as of term 4) concert band. She chose to play the oboe, and her instructor arranged to have a two-day intensive band workshop early this week, finishing with a short concert on Tuesday afternoon.
